The way I eat these days is kind of little things throughout the day. I try to wait about 3 hours in between, but it depends. Really, I think I just need to add in more veggies and stuff like that - I'm not really a fan of most veggies. lol I'm glad this diet seems to be working better for you though, so good luck!!!<br /><br />I don't have a set goal for losing weight, though at least 10 would be awesome!! I just want to eat better and be more active.
