I ...Hi hon.....me again.......the mother hen......
I have been told that I am very "analytic". I feel you are too. You are trying to find the answer to the problem, hence you will solve the issue and it will go away. Yeah....doesn't work that way all the time. lol
I had to learn that I have a 'glitch" in my brain. The meds help, but can't cure the glitch. It sucks for me. But that might not be the issue with you. Only your doctor can say.
If you have to live with it right now, then maybe say "it is what it is, right now " doesn't mean it's going to stay that way. I think you are doing all the right things. Getting outside, obviously reading, eating right and talking about it. (HUGE). I pray that this subsides for you or your doctor finds the right answers for you. Don't forget.... I'm here if you need an ear or a shoulder. Take care, Sarajnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06934615563933117184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3414435776825765041.post-2125925421331784252016-01-27T15:19:00.664-06:002016-01-27T15:19:00.664-06:00I feel you on the "you're a strong person...I feel you on the "you're a strong person" thing because really, being truly depressed is not just being sad. It's not like something bad happened to you and you have to get through it, it's a state of being and it can happen to the weakest or strongest person. I really hope your doctor can help you find a solution. I'm so sorry you're going through this.Mattie @ Northwest Nativehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05164010338046849742noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3414435776825765041.post-71555665764692903022016-01-27T12:17:14.574-06:002016-01-27T12:17:14.574-06:00I don't have any advice. I struggle with depr...I don't have any advice. I struggle with depression too. I work 40 hours a week away from home, so I just turn it off when I am at work, but around 4pm when I start to realize I will be going home soon, it kicks in big time. I can't figure it out either, I have a nice home, a good husband, a puppy who loves me dearly, but there is very little I get excited about anymore. I usually just shut down, but with children that just isn't an option. I feel for you. I take medication, but I am not sure if it helps or not. Who knows, maybe I would be much worse without it.

Sad for you in Virginia.thotladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06877043721001181462noreply@blogger.com
